## Best Practices

- TikTok: We recommend uploading videos in Draft mode (`post_mode=MEDIA_UPLOAD`) instead of posting directly (`DIRECT_POST`). Publishing the video natively from inside the TikTok app tends to earn more organic reach than posting directly via the API. In Draft mode the video lands in the user's TikTok inbox/drafts, and the caption and settings are added in the app before publishing.
