How to manage multiple TikTok accounts One dashboard, one API, each account kept apart
Give each TikTok account its own Upload-Post profile, connect it with TikTok’s official login, and post or schedule to any of them from one dashboard or one API. Clients connect their own accounts through a link, without sharing passwords. Basic covers 5 TikTok accounts for $24/month, or $16/month billed yearly; TikTok is not on the Free plan.

A profile holds one account on each of 22 networks. For TikTok that means the number of profiles is the number of TikTok accounts.
| Plan | Price | TikTok accounts | Also |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | TikTok not included | Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Threads, Pinterest, Reddit and Bluesky only |
| Basic | $24/mo, or $16/mo billed yearly | 5 TikTok accounts | Unlimited posts; extra profile packs available |
| Professional | $50/mo, or $33/mo billed yearly | 25 TikTok accounts | White-label connection links, 2 seats |
| Advanced | $147/mo, or $118/mo billed yearly | 75 TikTok accounts | 5 seats |
| Business | $438/mo, or $350/mo billed yearly | 225 TikTok accounts | 10 seats |
Every paid plan includes unlimited posts. The same profile can also hold that brand’s Instagram, YouTube and other accounts at no extra cost.
Set up several TikTok accounts in four steps
The same steps work from the dashboard or the API.
- 1
Pick a paid plan
TikTok is not on the Free plan. Basic covers 5 profiles, so 5 TikTok accounts; Professional covers 25.
- 2
Create one profile per TikTok account
A profile holds one account on each network, so each TikTok account gets its own profile: one per brand, creator or client. Name it after the account or the client.
- 3
Connect each account with TikTok’s own login
For your own accounts, click Connect on the profile and approve on TikTok. For a client’s account, send them a connection link; they log in to TikTok themselves and never share a password.
- 4
Post or schedule per account
In the dashboard, pick the profile and set the caption, privacy, duet, stitch and comment settings. Through the API, name the profile in the user field. Each account keeps its own calendar and queue.
# The same clip to three TikTok accounts, each at its own time
for p in client-bakery client-gym client-salon; do
curl -X POST https://api.upload-post.com/api/upload \
-H "Authorization: Apikey $UPLOAD_POST_API_KEY" \
-F "user=$p" \
-F "platform[]=tiktok" \
-F "video=@clip.mp4" \
-F "title=Autumn menu is here" \
-F "privacy_level=PUBLIC_TO_EVERYONE" \
-F "add_to_queue=true"
done add_to_queue drops each post into that account’s next free slot; send scheduled_date instead for an exact time. All TikTok options are in the TikTok platform reference.
For agencies: let clients connect their own TikTok
Create a profile per client and send them a connection link. They open it, log in to TikTok and approve access on TikTok’s own screen. The token lands in their profile; you never see a password, and they can revoke access whenever they like.
From Professional ($50/month for 25 profiles) the link carries your logo and text. You can also show the client a read-only calendar of what is scheduled, which suits approvals. The full walkthrough is in how to let clients connect their accounts.
- One client, one profile: calendars, queues and analytics never mix.
- Teammates share one workspace: 2 seats on Professional, 5 on Advanced, 10 on Business.
- The client’s Instagram, YouTube and other accounts fit in the same profile at no extra cost.
- Post from the dashboard, the API, n8n, Make or an AI assistant, all against the same profiles.
What this does and does not do
Many accounts, done the way TikTok allows.
Only accounts you own or manage
This works for your brands and for clients who give you access through TikTok’s login. It is not a way to run accounts you have no permission for.
No multilogin or anti-detect browsers
Every account connects through TikTok’s official Content Posting API, so there is nothing to disguise and no shared passwords to rotate.
TikTok’s daily cap still applies
TikTok limits direct posts per creator account, typically around 15 a day, and that cap is shared across every app the creator uses.
Owners can revoke access
A client can disconnect from TikTok’s settings or the connect page at any time. Send a new link and the profile is back.
Every TikTok account in one place

Multiple TikTok accounts: questions
How do I manage multiple TikTok accounts from one dashboard?
Connect each account to its own Upload-Post profile using TikTok’s official login, then schedule and post to any of them from the same dashboard or API. Basic covers 5 TikTok accounts for $24/month, or $16/month billed yearly; Professional covers 25 for $50/month.
How many TikTok accounts can I manage?
One per profile: 5 on Basic, 25 on Professional, 75 on Advanced and 225 on Business. You can also add profile packs to a plan without moving up a tier. TikTok is not available on the Free plan.
Can I post the same video to several TikTok accounts?
Yes. Pick each profile in the dashboard, or send one API request per profile with its user value. Give each account its own caption and time, and remember TikTok caps direct posts per creator account, typically around 15 a day.
Do my clients have to give me their TikTok password?
No. Send them a connection link. They log in on TikTok’s own consent screen, the access is stored in their profile, and they can revoke it at any time.
Is managing several TikTok accounts against TikTok’s rules?
Managing your own brands or your clients’ accounts through TikTok’s official API is what the API is for. What breaks the rules is running accounts without permission or hiding them behind multilogin and anti-detect browsers, which this guide does not cover.
Can I manage the accounts with an AI assistant?
Yes. With the Upload-Post MCP server or the Claude and ChatGPT connectors, ask for a post to a named profile, such as “schedule this clip to client-gym’s TikTok for Friday at 6 pm”.
