How to use it
- Open TikTok Studio, go to Creator Rewards, and copy your qualified views for a video or a month. Your public view count is higher and would overstate the result.
- Pick the country most of those views come from.
- Read the range. The low end is closer to entertainment, the high end to finance and business content.
Who can earn
From TikTok's own pages (checked September 2026): you must be 18 or older, have at least 10,000 followers and 100,000 video views in the last 30 days, use a Personal account in good standing, and be based in United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, South Korea, France, Mexico or Brazil (eligibility). Videos must be original and over 1 minute, and reach at least 1,000 views on the For You feed.
Your pay has two parts. The Standard Reward depends on qualified views, where viewers are and the language of the content. The Additional Reward depends on watch time, retention, completion rate and search value (TikTok Creator Academy). That is why two creators with the same views can earn very different amounts.
Examples
- 500,000 qualified views a month, mostly US: $360 to $555 a month.
- 1,000,000 qualified views, mixed audience: $400 to $1,000.
- 40,000 qualified views a month, mostly Brazil: $11 to $17, which is under TikTok's $50 minimum to redeem rewards.
Other ways TikTok creators get paid
Creator Rewards is one income stream. There are also LIVE gifts, Subscriptions, TikTok Shop commissions, and brand deals, which TikTok now runs through TikTok One (it replaced Creator Marketplace). We do not estimate those here: we found no public data solid enough to turn followers or views into a fair range. Note that videos made for TikTok One campaigns do not earn Creator Rewards (TikTok Support).
Methodology and sources
TikTok does not publish RPM figures. For each country we take Elev8or's market figure and multiply it by their lowest and highest niche multipliers (0.85x for entertainment, 1.3x for finance). Elev8or describes its figures as working benchmarks built from creator-reported payouts, which is weaker than measured data, so we also show the overall range from Influencer Marketing Hub and use it for mixed audiences and Mexico, which Elev8or does not list. All sources checked September 2026.
| Audience | Source figure | Used (per 1,000 qualified views) |
|---|---|---|
| Mostly United States | Elev8or: United States about $0.85 | $0.72 to $1.11 |
| Mostly United Kingdom | Elev8or: United Kingdom about $0.70 | $0.60 to $0.91 |
| Mostly Germany or France | Elev8or: Germany about $0.62, France about $0.58 | $0.49 to $0.81 |
| Mostly Japan or South Korea | Elev8or: Japan about $0.55, South Korea about $0.52 | $0.44 to $0.72 |
| Mostly Brazil | Elev8or: Brazil about $0.32 | $0.27 to $0.42 |
| Mixed, Mexico, or not sure | Influencer Marketing Hub: Creators commonly see $0.40 to $1.00 | $0.40 to $1.00 |

FAQ
How much does TikTok pay per 1,000 views?
Through the Creator Rewards Program, Influencer Marketing Hub reports creators commonly see $0.40 to $1.00 per 1,000 qualified views. Measured against all your views the rate is lower, because short videos, Duets, Stitches and views from outside the program countries earn nothing.
How much does TikTok pay for 1 million views?
If all 1 million are qualified views and the audience is mixed, $400 to $1,000 with the ranges on this page. If they are total views, fewer of them qualify and the payout is lower. Check the qualified count in TikTok Studio.
What counts as a qualified view?
A unique view of an original video over 1 minute, from the For You feed, watched for at least 5 seconds (Search views count from 30 seconds), from one of the program countries. Paid, promoted, fraudulent and disliked views do not count.
Can I join the Creator Rewards Program from any country?
No. TikTok lists United States, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, South Korea, France, Mexico and Brazil. You must be based in one of them with an account registered there, be 18 or older, and use a Personal account.
When and how does TikTok pay?
You can redeem rewards on the 15th of each month once you have at least $50, after completing payout setup and tax information. Payment methods depend on your country (PayPal, bank transfer or Payoneer).
