One less layer to build for every new client
An AI automation agency that stopped building per-platform publishing integrations and shipped client pipelines instead.
Before Upload-Post
The client pipeline ran on Make.com before moving to a custom application.
Without a publishing layer, every platform would have meant another integration for Digitalkin to build and then keep alive as the APIs shifted underneath them.
How it works now
Content is ingested, formatted, and mapped into posts. PRIZMA — Digitalkin’s own automation platform — orchestrates the AI content pipeline.
Upload-Post is the publishing layer at the end of that stack, pushing to multiple accounts across platforms.
What changed
- A client account with roughly 500K followers now publishes several thousand posts a month across multiple accounts, and holds up reliably at that volume.
- Digitalkin takes on more clients without adding platform integrations to its own roadmap.
It's less about hours saved and more about one less layer we have to build and maintain ourselves as we take on more clients. In their own words
“Upload-Post is the publishing layer in that stack.”
“Upload-Post replaced building and maintaining our own publishing integrations across platforms.”
“The client's publishing volume has grown to several thousand posts a month across multiple accounts, and it holds up reliably at that volume.”
