From four hours a week to two hours a month
An Austrian media house cut social publishing from four hours a week to one or two hours a month.
Before Upload-Post
REC3 makes films and series about sport, travel and adventure. Publishing and managing the social accounts around that work took roughly four hours a week.
They tried other tools first and were not satisfied with any of them.
How it works now
Upload-Post is built into REC3’s own corporate operating system, where all content is managed.
They define publishing slots per channel for each weekday. Once a piece is ready, the OS hands it to Upload-Post, which publishes to the channels automatically.
What changed
- The same publishing work now takes one to two hours a month.
- They publish considerably more, and reach has risen with it.
We use Upload-Post to reduce the workload of publishing and managing our social accounts significantly — reduced from approx. 4h a week to 1–2 hours a month.
In their own words
“Once it's all set and ready to publish, it gets sent to Upload-Post and automatically and reliably published directly from our OS to our channels.”
“The price barrier is fairly low – so just give it a try!”
