The five things that usually go wrong, and how to fix them.
Either works. Leave the API Key field empty to sign in with OAuth, or paste the key from app.upload-post.com, API Keys. Poke sends it as a Bearer token and Upload-Post accepts it.
Check the MCP Server URL is exactly https://mcp.upload-post.com/mcp. If you left the API key empty, finish the OAuth sign-in; if you pasted a key, make sure it is still active in app.upload-post.com.
Text "Use the Upload-Post integration for this" and repeat the request. Asking Poke to list your Upload-Post profiles first also helps.
Connect that account to a profile at app.upload-post.com first, then text Poke "List my Upload-Post profiles again."
Always include a timezone, for example "Friday at 9am New York time". The setup prompt asks Poke to repeat the date, time and timezone before scheduling.
