The five things that usually go wrong, and how to fix them.
Check that the URL is exactly https://mcp.upload-post.com/mcp and that you finished the OAuth sign-in. If you used a header, it must read Authorization: ApiKey YOUR_API_KEY.
Allow pop-ups for Manus and try again, then approve access with the Upload-Post account that owns your connected social accounts. The API key header is the fallback.
Tell Manus to use the Upload-Post MCP server for every social media request, then repeat the task. Asking it to list your Upload-Post profiles first also helps.
Connect that account to a profile at app.upload-post.com first, then ask Manus "List my Upload-Post profiles again."
